Divorcing Deserter Husband

My husband was on unapproved leave for almost 2 months. Today he was discharged. We have only been married for 8 months. I have no way of getting in contact with him as he has been avoiding us. How can I go about getting a low cost divorce in the state of PA without him being around?--he took all our assets with him when he left.

You have to find him in order to serve him with a Divorce Complaint. If you are unable to find him, you can obtain alternate service by publication eventually but this is not low cost.
