Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

divorcing parents

Please help me. I have a client who needs to move out of her house she is 16 and lives with her dad and his girlfriend. They treat her terribly but they don't beat her.She is a wonderful girl and is going into a deep depression because of the way they treat her.Is there anything she can do legally to help her get out of that house, like divorce her parents? Or can she force them to sign papers for her to be emancipated?

Re: divorcing parents

There are two options. One emancipation. The second is someone else files for custody. I offer free consultations.
