Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorve

Me and my husband divorce was final on 04/18/08. We made up a letter that was 2 pages long on who was going to take what debt and keep what property. The last page was notarized not the first one. Know he wnats me to notarize the first one and I feel since the last page is notarized that should be sufficient and since are divorce is final know I feel like I shouldnt have too. My question is do I legally have to go and sign this agreement again and have the first page notarize or not?

Nope; unless there is something on the first page you want to enforce and you think he might alter it.
