Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex and I have two dogs. We share custody. One is registered in her name, one in mine. She has decided she wants sole custody of the one registered in her name. I do not want this. Do I have any recourse? I live in Philadelphia.

Assuming she is your ex is an ex-wife then who get which dog should have been addressed in the property settlement. If you didn't get a property settlement then there is no recourse.

Dogs are considered property in Pennsylvania. You don't get to have a custody order for property.
