Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i want to know what to do....i paid for a 5,000 dollar ring....i have all the paperwork and receipts...i have been hoping to get back together for the past 2 and half years....i know no there is no chance now....is there anyway to get the ring or be reimbursed for the money
