Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Domestic

Does a soon-to-be ex-husband who is facing assault charges against his soon-to-be ex-wife and is banned by the court system from entering his home for the time-being have any say in who his wife invites over to the house? They have two children (under the age of 10) who live at the housewith the mother, and he argues that it is still his home and because his children are there he picks and chooses who he doesn't want around his children. There are no safety concerns for the children related to the guests. Husband just does not want another man around them at the house.

Re: Domestic

I don't think so. Now could he bring up who visits when the child are there in a custody fight? Yes he can. Will it do him any good? I can't say.
