Domestic violence

I had my boyfriend arrested for domestic violence. However now that i have a pfa against him i don't want him to be in jail, what should i do?

Re: Domestic violence

Avoid contact with him so he won't be found guilty of indirect criminal contempt.

On the other hand if he does violate the PFA jail is where he belongs.

I he committed an act of domestic violence against you he is NO longer you boyfriend. If you don't see it that way you need to see Victim's Assistance.
