Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Drug Usage and a Divorce

My spouse has been using cocaine off and on for several years. I have caught her activity several times and was promissed it would cease, well I caught my spouse again. This activity was going on around my two children, out off sight. The spouse had a protection from abuse order issued and now has primary cutody of the children. Next to fighting the protection order what other options do I have?

You need to start a custody action to get into custody court to raise this issue. Best to consult an attorney as soon as possible.
