Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If I got a DUI & have made restitution for it, can my child's mother threaten for full custody? Can she forbid hobbies that my son and I share while he is in my care as per our custody agreement because of the DUI I received?

A DUI is one of the many offenses that can effect custody. I'm not sure what "full" custody is but it's hard to get. So unless you've had a lot of DUIs I don't think she'll get far. I also doubt she can micromanage your periods of partial custody to the extent she wants to either.
