emancaption
ok well im 14 years old. and my parents and i dont get along what so ever. my dad never wants to be with me and my mom is never home. and my sister is in college. i want to live by myself... And none of us get along what so ever.. is it possible i could get emancaipated soon?

You asked about emancipation.
Not to sound flip, but 90% of the teenagers in the country would agree with you. I even sought to be emancipated when I was about your age.
Quick answer is that unless you have a marketable skill, are independently wealthy or have some decent and wealthy benefactor who will support you then you are out of luck.
Emancipation is only granted in the most extreme cases when it is truly in the best interest of the child. Your best bet is to seek counseling to help you through the problems rather than escape them.
