Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Entitlements

My x husband is in Australia and I'm on vacation here staying with a male friend untill I could sort things out my husband is currently telling me it's final no more marriage. We have two children who he wants staying with them our house and cars, saying I have no entitlement to either, because I stayed home he also has a family business, which I was receiving an income to lower tax laws for him, on this pay slip it lists me as an owner. My question is: do I own any rights to the business by this payslip only.
