equitable distribution

Me & my wife want a divorce.We basically have no real assets except our home.We make roughly the same amount per year- I make about $8000 more.Have the same amount of education & aspects for future employment are about the same.We have no kids together but I have custody of 3 children from a previous relationship

I can not tell from your information whether you and your wife are in agreement concrning the division of your home. You do not indicate whether you have any debts. In any event if both of you are in complete agreement you certainly can get a no fault divorce. I would advise that you also execute a property settlement agreement as well.
