Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Equity loan

In my divorce in 2002 my wife got yhe house, I got my pension and I am paying our equity loan ( both of our names are on the loan). I have been paying this for 6 years with 6 more to go. She now wants to sell her house and will have to pay off the equity loan in order to do so. Once she pays the loan am I responsible to pay anything??

Check to see what your divorce decree says about the equity loan. Were you ordered to pay it?
