eviction

My husband and I are separating, I asked him to leave this morning, we rent both names on lease. He packed his things and left. Came back wants to work things out. I don't,. How can I keep him from coming back into our apartment?

Re: eviction

This is not that easy, if he is on the lease he may have a responsibility to pay the rent and have access to the apartment.

Call your landlord and try to get him off the lease, once that is done, you can file a restraining order to keep him away from you.
