Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex has exclusive possesion of the marital home. I am awarded 65% of the sale when sold. The decree will be entered into court when the house is sold. He is required by court order to maintain the home in sellable condition. He chooses not to maintain the house and makes it unsellable. The value has dropped more than 50,000.00 due to lack of care and it has been on the market for four years. since I want my money and my divorce can I get him evicted and take back possesion?

If those terms were in the divorce agreement, which was made an order as part of the divorce decree, I would suggest filing for contempt, requesting counsel fees, and possession of the house in order to sell it.

He is bound by that agreement....You may well have an action for contempt and can ask the Court to impose any appropriate sanctions or modifications. , requesting counsel fees, and possession of the house in order to sell it

I do believe you should seek counsel. If you wish to, call me to discuss further,
