Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-husband has visitation of our three children every other weekend (4 days a month). He is refusing to buy them clothes for his house and says they must pack a bag of clothes from my house to bring with them. Isn't he obligated to provide food, clothing, shelter, etc. when they are with him just as I do when they are with me? I do receive child support but it's barely enough to help with food let alone anything else.

Absent a directive in the custody order he isn't obligated to provide clothing for his periods of partial custody. Generally that sort of language would be in place if you husband kept their good clothes and returned them in worn out clothes.
