Exonerate your child?

I was just ordered to pay $640 a month in support for a 16 yr old girl. If I sign my parental rights away to a 16 year old girl will I still be liable for future support ?if I pay what i owe in rearswill i be finished?

OK to get out of child support you are willing to ask the courts to make her an orphan? Sorry the courts won't do it.

The only way parental rights can be terminated is if someone other than the girl's mother is going to adopt the child.

This is a child you fathered why should you not support this child?
