Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Ex-wife(custodial parent) will not allow underage son to live with her.. He now lives with me (his father). Am I now legally considered the custodial parent in regards to no longer paying child support and potentially recieving support?

As long as the custody order in effect show that she has custody then she'll keep getting support. I suggest you file for a modification of custody. Once that is done you can get a new support order.
