Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Me and my ex-wife are divorced. We have a verbal agreement on shared custody. She says she wants to move out of state. Is there a way for me to stop her from moving my child out of state?

Yes you need to file for a custody order then she'll need to petition the court to be allowed to move. If she doesn't you can make her move back.
