Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-wife currently has physical custody of our kids and I get to see them 2 weeks during the summer and every other Thanksgiving and Christmas because I live 8hrs away..I have pleaded my case in front of judge to acquire more visitation with him only granting me 20 days in the summer instead of 14 and those 20 days being split 10 days the first month and 10 days the last month of their vacation...I am currently enjoying my kids visitation when some concerns have came up as to how they live with their mom..1 being they all 3 share a room with their mom (who lives with her parents and siblings over the age of 18..I believe a total of 13 people live in the house) my 7 yr old girl shares a bed with her mom and the bunk bed is shared with my 9yr daughter and 11yr old son all of this in one room...I have been to the house before and my son was throwing up from crying and there was feces on the floor of the bathroom and in the toilet, the house stunk so I called CYS but since it was a first time call they only called the mom instead of going to visit..My son use to have his own room there with the girls sharing with their mom but I was told by all 3 kids that his room was too messy to sleep in and that there were bugs in his room...what should I do to get the judge to see that the kids are living in unhealthy conditions? Thank you
