Who has guardianship of me when i turn 18 and can i live with whom ever i want?

In Pennsylvania you are considered emancipated when you reach the age of 18 or graduate high school which ever occurs LAST. At the point unless you are made the ward of a guardian due incapacity. You're an adult and where you live is up to you and person you wish to live with.
