my girl and i been fighting for months. i've been asking her to leave. she said she wasn't. she said she was going to keep the house. she went and got a pfa against me for verbal abuse. the police came and ordered me out of the house. the house is in my name only. she just lives there. how can i go back to my house?

Was this a temporary PFA order? Did you go before a judge?
