if i marry a women with 3 minor children (none are Mine) and we divorce - what am i responsible for? will i have to pay alimony and child support?

Wow talk about get ahead of yourself.
You wouldn't be responsible for child support.
As for alimony that's a tough question. Generally, alimony is only awarded if equitable distribution is inadequate to allow the parties to go on with their lives.
If you are that concerned perhaps you should consider a pre-nup agreement.
