PLEASE LOOK I NEED HELP FAST!!!!!! question about cys in pa, someone made false accusations that my wife and myself were beating our kids and doing drugs, they took my son out of class and questioned him, just the case worker and my son in a room by themselves, then came to my home and questioned us, then had us do a drug test came up clean except for our prescription meds, she said we are under a 60day evaluation, and she said she will be back soon for another drug test, someone please help me this is my family, noone has done anything wrong, i am the father and i would not care if someone messed with me, but they are messing with my whole family and i cant stand it, my wife and myselef are both mentally distressed right now from all of this, are the things the caseworker did legal, can i refuse the next drugtest, also there were never any court orders, or warrants, im thing i can refuse everything they want, in hme visit, drug test ect

The said fact is you have no right to confront your accuser or even know who made these allegations.
Unfortunately, the case work just undertook a standard investigation. So, it was legal if horribly intrusive. If you have nothing to hide I'd take the drug test. If you refuse they will just assume you had drugs and use it against you.
It doesn't look like anything will come of it but now would be a good time to get a lawyer to watch your back.
