Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
father child dsupport
Hello
My wife is pregnant but we are seperated but will still be legally married when the baby is born. I don't believe the baby is mine so how can I get a paternity test so that I do not need to pay child support?

Re: father child dsupport
You asked about paying child support for a child born in wedlock.
You need to hire an attorney immediately. There is a very strong presumption that a child born to an intact marriage is a product of that marriage. Just proving that a person is not the father is not sufficient to overcome paternity.
Hire an attorney to help you with this matter.
