Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am the father of a child who was never in a "relationship" with the mother. I would consider this a "one night stand" when the child was conceived. I have not seen the child in almost a year, I have signed over full custody to the mother and she is still getting child support from me each month. She lives with her parents and her parents are really the ones raising the child. I had elected to give up my parental rights and have asked her to have her parents legally adopt the child since I am not in the child's life, however she refuses to so that she can collect child support for her own spending. What can I do to exempt myself from paying child support to her?
