Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am a father of two children ages 5 and 2 currently pay 1200 a month in child support which is about half my monthly income, she provides me with nothing, what is she supposed to provide me? she also lives with a man and is eight month pregnant with his baby we have been seperated for about 11 months, should his income be considered for support?

Your wife is supposed to provide you with something? Why?

Both parents hae an obligation to support their children - it is based on a combination of both the mother's and father's gross monthly incomes. Your child support obligation does seem high, but more information is needed about your income and the mother's income, if any.

The boyfriend's income is not relevant. He is not obligated to support your children.
