Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
if a father goes to court for custody rights of his child but the mother has voluntarily gave the father visitation without court establishment that he does not like, what will the court reward him with shared custody or visitation rights? some details: the father is 21 and still lives with his mother but has a job 3 months before knowing to pay child support.. the mother gave him visitation every monday, sunday, and wednesday from 8:30am until 12:30pm.. the child stays with the mother, the child is also only 3 months, the mother has a job that she has had for about a year, the mother supported the child alone even without the child support.. the baby has EVERYTHING he needs and more..

You've asked this question before.
The father (I am assuming you) will get an order that will be in the best interest of the child. Is that shared custody hard to say. Whether you pay child support or not has no bearing on custody rights.
I'm not sure what the relevance of mother being able to support the child by herself has anything to do with anything. It doesn't affect custody nor does it child support. Fathers in Pennsylvania have a duty to support their child. No ifs ands or buts.
