Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have been the only father my son has knew for six years, i'm adopting him and all of the suddon the biological father dosen't want to sign his rights away. this man has never spoke to him only seen him once and is not paying child support. what chance does he have of getting something out of a court hearing?

Then they will have to seek to involuntarily terminate his rights. Based on the limited contact you described, should be successful. Perhaps encourage him to sign by filing for support against him.
