Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can the father terminate his parental rights

I am 25 and prenant to a 26 year old who was my boyfriend. He does not want the baby and wants to terminate his parental rights? Can he do this? Can I stop him from doing this since he should take some responsibility too?

No, he cannot terminate his rights. You have a right to file for child support and also to confirm custody. I would recommend doing so.
