I am a father of an 8 year old who lives with her mother during the week and I have her on the weekends. Due to several different issues I feel my daughter is not being taken care of properly. I would like to file for custody. I live in York,Pa and she lives in Lancaster,Pa. Do I need to get an attorney in York or Lancaster?

Assuming the child lives in Lancaster the petition would be filed in Lancaster.
