Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

No fault divorce:

I moved out of our mutually owned house on 06/1/09. A year later I filed for a divorce citing mutual consent, since at that time my husband agreed to proceed with the divorce. Shortly after filing the petition, he changed his mind and was not wiling to continue with the divorce unless I assume all liabilities and he kept the house. Divorce came to a halt.

Two years have passed since our separation so the motion to amend the filing ground for a divorce was filed since consent from my husband is not required. Questions is do I have to wait 90 days of cooling off period or cooling off period applies only once, after the initial filing complaint.

Thank you

You state you moved out on 6/1/09-therefore I do not see where you have been separated 2 years. The 90 days only applies after the initial filing of the complaint. After the 2 years, you can try to move it forward based on a 2 year separation.
