Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

fault vs no-fault

Been separated over three years, husband had affair with secretary, easily provable as she lived with him. Are there any inherent differences between the two, ie splitting assests, costs of lawyers, time etc?

Re: fault vs no-fault

Fault is not a factor in Equitable Distribution. It is a factor in Spousal Support and APL.

You can actually file for divorce on multiple grounds.
