Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Can you use faxed copies for a conset order without original signatures
My ex and I settled out of court for a modification on a child support order of court. I signed my copy and faxed it to my attorney.(he is not my attorney now)and faxed it to my ex's attorney. The signatures did not say our name -via fax.
My ex's attorney did not turn in the agreement that was agreed upon-but used the signature page when it was processed by the courts. Can this stand up in court since they did not have my orginal signature or my signature did not say via fax next to it.

The issue is not whether your signature was a fax or not but whether the other attorney switched agreements on you.
What you are saying is that he took your signature page and attached it to an agreement with different terms?
That is a very serious allegation.
Assuming that is what he did you would have to get at least an affidavit from your former attorney saying that the agreement filed is not what was agreed to.
You are going to need a lawyer to help you with this.
