fiancee is taking everything

can she keep everything? we have a house together and 9000 in savings, 600 in checking, joint accounts. had 2100 in a safe from the sale of my motorcycle- we have furniture, applciances(frig.,stove,lawnmower,etc) together-prtty much everything. I said she keeps eerything and I want 10000. her attorney offered 2500 plus the engagement ring back. not right is it?

Whose name is on the deed for the house? Who paid for the various things?

The tip off is she has an attorney and you don't. That won't be a fair fight.
