How do I go about fighting my child support case when I have never seen my child and mother will not allow me to see her

You need to start by enforcing your custody rights. Unless there some compelling reason why you should not see you child then you should.

Custody and support are 2 separate issues. Generally not being allowed to see the child does not reduce or eliminate your duty of support.
