How to file contempt of Divorce Agreement

I was divorced back in July of 2006. I agreed to monthly payments from my ex. on the first of each month. I waas told i can file a contempt of divorce agreement. i don't know how. i called a few lawyers and rhey won't take my case. they told me i can file on my own. can someone please tell me hoe I can go about doing it.. Thank you for any help

Its not particularly had to file a contempt complaint if you have a background on filing complaints. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately most non-lawyers don't have that background.

I am curious why none of the lawyer's you called would take the case. I don't suppose any of them were your lawyer for the divorce.
