How do you file an exception without an attorney?
I have ten days to file an exception according to my custody papers. My Attorney Had dropped my case due to downsizing. What can I do ? There is false information in the court papers I received.

I am a recent member of the Guru network, so I just received this posting.
Although you may not be able to take exceptions to a custody recommendation, all custody orders are modifiable. Therefore, nothing prevents you from filing a Petition to Modify and beginning anew. The standard in Pennsylvania is the best interest of the child.
