I want to file for a no fault divorce, but I want my spouse to pay me have of the bills in the last months or our marriage.

Either speak to your spouse to see if he will agree to pay half or have your attorney make a claim for equitable distribution to have any assets split or debts allocated. It would be less costly if you can work things out. you also depending upon the circumstances may be able to file for spousal support while the divorce is pending which may help your situation.
