Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

can I file for spousal and or child support while living with my spouse in pennsylvania? He refuses to work to support at least his 7 year old son.

If he refuses to contribute financially to the household why keep him around? After all I sure he eats and uses utilities and otherwise cost you money.

There used to be a doctrine call necessities where a husband was suppose to provide for his wife alas that doctrine is no more.

I've seen such filings in the DRO so you can file. That said letting him stay is just enabling him.
