how can i file for uncontested custody of my 3 week old daughter . the father wants nothing to do with her?how should u go by that?

You can retain a lawyer and a custody agreement can be drawn up and filed in court. It would then become part of a court-order. However, please note that you cannot terminate his rights unless there is an adoption.
