Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I filed for a 90 day, no fault divorce back in December of 09. I had my husband served with the complaint. He won't sign the papers. I can't afford an attorney. How can I get this finalized?

Unless you included 2 years separation as one of the grounds. You can't.

You will have to make a motion for leave to amend and then if that is granted modify the divorce complaint. Then proceed on the grounds of separation. Not an easy task.
