Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I filed for Divorce back in 2004 and she would not sign i was told i had to wait 2 yrs Should it have gone through ? be advised my lawyer skipped town so i let it go now im intrested in getting married sometime in the furture what do i have to do ?

Most likely your divorce was dismissed as no one did anything to move it along.

You may need to file for divorce all over again.
