Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
i filed for a divorce am a mother of 3 (12,9,6 yo) marital property value 900,000 has business and house and land all deeded together husband wanted the business and i took house then he wanted to buy me out of house i agreed but never came to agreement on how much he was told in child support court that he had to pay mortgage since he was going to buy me out and so i was denied spousal supprt as he was having an affair but he denies. he has since let the property go up for foreclosure sherrif sale is 2/24/10 and his mom intends to buy so now he will get whole estate and i will get noothing i called the mortgage company and they said they dont care as long as they get paid do i have any recourse or do i walk away homelss and he a near milonaire
