Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

filed for a divorce in Pennsylvania. husband was serverd. agreed and sent in. ok after this there is a 90 day cool off period. then have to send in a affidavits. question how long do I have to send in this affidavits.. is ther time limit. if I lost track of time and its been 7 months do I have refile or it still ok send in affidavits

Actual the Affidavit of consents can be filed anytime AFTER 90 days have passed since the divorce was filed. Theoretically you can file any time after that. However, generally if there has been no activity for 2 years you will get a notice to move the case allong or it will be dismissed.
