Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I filed for divorse a few months ago, my wife is living in our house and because she didn't work before we split i am responsible to pay the mortgage, taxes, home equity loan, electric, water & sewer, oil and gas (for up to 2 years if she contests the divorse). I found out this weekend that she has allowed 1 single guy and 1 guy with his 2 year old daughter to rent the two extra rooms in the house and she has changed the locks. I contacted the police and they said there is nothing they can do because it's domestic. Is there something i can do to get these guys out, and also she is collecting rent but i am paying of the bills can anything be done? Can she have a legal lease with them if only she signed the lease when the house is in both our names?
