Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I filed a pro se no fault divorce, I advised him to sign the papers & not submit them for 3 months it can not be submitted before 3 months from the day I filed...he submitted his papers a month after receiving them. Will the papers still be used or will they be voided because he submitted them to early?

If you are using the "mutual consent" ground for divorce, the Affidavit of Consent is no good if it is not dated and filed 90 days or more after the date of filing and service of the initial Complaint. So, if he filed them early, he will have to sign and file them again once the 90-day waiting period has expired.
