Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Filed 2 years ago

Have not moved on divorce since due to monetary issues. I have none of the paper work either and want to know how to pick this up again without starting from scratch. Is there specific forms for this if there was a previous filing?

Under Pennsylvania law, your divorce action would continue under the same Term and Number. You can request a search for your records by name or by docket number from the county court. You may need to file a Praecipe to Reinstate the divorce complaint depending upon how far your divorce action had progressed previously.
