Filing a Last Will & Testament

I wrote my own Will and have had it wittnessed by 3 parties, how do I regester it; do I need a lawyer to register it?

There is no proceedure I am aware of to register your Will. Let family members know where it is. It is not generally a good idea to write a Will without professional help. Have an attorney review it to make sure it complys with PA law and your wishes.

You do not need to register it but if you do choose to do so contact your county court house and ask for your Register of Wills. That office will tell you the filing fees and other requirements.
