Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Final Order States Equally Shared Custody

In September 2004 Judge ruled shared custody upon my move to sons school district by June 2005. Short List scheduled for 6/8 to describe SHAPE of equally shared structure. I signed lease 2 wks ago and move 6/1. Ex is contesting saying changed mind. Transcripts say this is final order regarding structure 6/8 hearing is for shape. Can he change mind? Will her 9/04 order stand? I have done everything he asked. Son (age 15) really wants me there. Can I somehow get Judge to talk with him day of short list and how? do I call chambers and ask, write letter? I represent self pro-se and cannot afford legal help. In Montgomery County, PA courts for 2+ years battling out.

Re: Final Order States Equally Shared Custody

The hearing should be about how the custody is shared rather than a fight over it being shared. I strongly recommend speaking with an attorney. I, like some other attorneys, offer lower cost, flat fee representation, to people who cannot afford high billable hours. I also offer payment arrangements. I also offer free consultations.
